I was fortunate enought to attend The Business Evening Network meeting last Thursday evening and found your talk very interesting.  I am a member of a local Rotary Club, and we are often asked to try and identify speakers for our monthly evening meeting, which tends to be the last Tuesday of the month.  I wanted to ask whether you would be open to giving a talk at our club, as A) I think the members would find it extremely interesting and B) It may offer opportunity for the club to get involved in any fundraising efforts that you may get involved with.
 
If, in principle, you are open to it I will propose you for one of the speaker slots and then take it form there. 
 
Thanks again for your time last week, I found it thought provoking and as a parent, something that all parents need to give further thought to.

Thank you for attending our recent Business Evening Network meeting.  It was a pleasure to meet you.  Your talk was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and gave us all a very interesting insight into the type of work you do.  We hope you found your visit to Ben enjoyable and beneficial.
 
As you will have seen the format of the meeting is fairly relaxed, with lots of opportunity to network in a friendly atmosphere.
